Please be advised that :

You have 14 days from the time of receipt to notify us of any issues with your merchandise. All items must be returned to China within 30 days of receipt in order for a refund or replacement to be issued.

- Return the merchandise via courier to China for a full refund or exchange.

- Refunds are provided in the same form that the initial payment was made. Some cases could be different.
- It can take up to 2 weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

- You must provide a working tracking number before any refund or replacement can be issued.
- If your purchase has not arrived within 30 days to your destination we will reship once at our expense.
- You will not be penalized if your returned merchandise does not reach us. You do not need to purchase insurance.
